30-Day Return Window
Unused items in original, unopened packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in resalable condition.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- We will reply within 1 business day with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
- Refund is processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Serialized firearms (PFC9, PFS9) — follow standard FFL return procedures
- Items that have been used, assembled, or modified
- Items without original packaging
Defective Products
If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will ship a replacement at no charge and provide a prepaid return label for the defective item.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time: 2-5 business days after we receive the return.
