80%% Frames
80%% frames are not classified as firearms under federal law and do not require FFL transfer in most states. However, several states have enacted legislation requiring serialization or restricting sale of unserialized frames. It is your responsibility to verify legality in your jurisdiction.
Serialized Firearms
Complete, serialized firearms (PFC9, PFS9) are transferred through a licensed FFL dealer. A background check is required as part of the transfer process. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we are unable to verify the receiving FFL.
